The Alliance Member is not authorized to resell or distribute your Company Offerings in its own name. You will enter into Contracts directly with Customers for your Offerings and will control the Customer relationships. Alliances are arranged in a hub-and-spoke structure. The Master Agreement is the "hub." Each Alliance Exhibit, such as this one, is a "spoke" that activates a particular Alliance Program under the Master Agreement.
