Under this QuickForm "Recruiting Agency Agreement" a Client company hires an Agency to provide qualified workers, either for direct hire by Client or as temporary workers on the Agency's payroll. With direct placements, the Agency is paid a placement fee when a candidate is hired.With staffing services, the Agency hires workers and places them with Client. Client pays Agency as staffing services are rendered. The Agency is responsible for paying the workers. Client may have the option to convert a temporary worker to a direct hire, paying the Agency a conversion fee.
