Use this QuickForm Basic Ordering Agreement ("BOA") to establish an ongoing relationship under which the Customer may from time to time "task" a Contractor with specific work assignments. The Agreement can favor either party. It can be used for a simple two party relationship, or in a prime contract or subcontract relationship.The primary benefit of a BOA is that the standard contract only needs to be negotiated once.
