Basic Ordering Agreement -- QuickForms Questionnaire

Use this QuickForm Basic Ordering Agreement ("BOA") to establish an ongoing relationship under which the Customer may from time to time "task" a Contractor with specific work assignments.

The Agreement can favor either party. It can be used for a simple two party relationship, or in a prime contract or subcontract relationship.

The primary benefit of a BOA is that the standard contract only needs to be negotiated once. Then, as projects arise, a Task Order and perhaps a Statement of work (SOW) can be issued to cover it. This allows new projects to be commissioned quickly.

Basic Ordering Agreements are also flexible. Task Orders can be issued on a "Time & Materials" or "Fixed Price" basis, for consulting, development, maintenance and training services.
