You may specify preferred travel agents, hotels and car rental companies. You may establish maximum daily (per diem) charges for various categories of expenses. You may specify deadlines for submission, review and payment of travel expenses. The Policy will be accompanied by a sample Expense Report.

To instill a sense of financial responsibility in employees who are issued company credit cards, the Policy may also include an Employee Financial Responsibility Agreement.
