Use this QuickForm Finder's Fee Agreement to produce a straightforward document to pay sales commissions to an agent who finds customers to buy the principal's product or service offerings.

The commissioned offerings may be products (e.g., machinery, equipment, computer hardware, computer software), or services (e.g., consulting services, technical services, maintenance and support contracts) or both.

The agreement anticipates that any resulting business generated by the sales agent will be governed by a customer agreement between the principal and the customer.

The agent is not a party to that agreement and is not authorized to negotiate or sign the customer agreement. The agent is paid from proceeds received by the principal from the customer agreement.
