Software as a Service (or SaaS) delivers hosted software applications over the web to customers on a subscription basis.

Vendors have become increasingly sophisticated in partitioning data for each customer, to ensure data security, while having multiple customers sharing a single instance of the application itself.

SaaS avoids the up-front license fees typical in software product licenses and spreads the cost over time. This reduces financial and technical risk of entry, especially for smaller businesses.

This Agreement allows you to select from a wide variety of subscription models and price plans. You can include a Service Level Agreement (SLA) guaranteeing system uptime, response times and levels of support. Price credits or free days can be awarded for sub-par performance.

This is a very sophisticated corporate agreement with many options to choose from.
