Drafting your first QuickForm Contract is fast, fun and easy. Using our 24 x 7 automated system, you can draft your first QuickForm and receive it by electronic mail in word processing format in only ten minutes. Here's how it works:

STEP 1:  Select a Document to Draft...

STEP 2:  Answer each Question as it is Presented...

STEP 3:  Review a Term Sheet of Answers at the Document Summary Page.

 
Tip: Changing Answers is Easy from the Document Summary Page: Click the topic line to return to that question. Change your answer. Click "View Document Summary" and your Term Sheet is refreshed. This allows you to make changes without cycling through all the questions.
Note: Questions are interactive, so changing one answer may raise new questions (an "Incomplete" appears on the Document Summary). Click the earliest question on that topic and answer the questions. View the Document Summary to ensure no "Incompletes". Order the Document...

Click "Order Document Now" from Document Summary Screen...

Click "Order Document Now" from the Document Summary. Fill out the Secure Order Form, including your credit card number (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express). Type in your email address where you want the document delivered.

Choose an arbitrary password. Write it down. You'll need to enter your email address (login) and password to "Check the Status of an Order" if there's a problem with your order.

The Secure Order Form supports public key encryption technology to scramble your credit card number and related information while it is being transported over the Internet. Note: if the system detects that your browser does not support encryption, a warning will appear before you submit the Order Form. Any personal data transmitted to our system is also encrypted during temporary storage. For your protection, credit card numbers are not stored on our server after the order is processed in real time.

Creation and Delivery of the Document...

Documents are generated and sent out by email in real time, usually within a few seconds. The Document may arrive in your email box very quickly or it may take bit longer, depending on Internet traffic and your particular ISP. The document will be attached to the email transmittal message as a word processing document file.

RTF format is usually selected because it can be read by MS Word, WordPerfect and most other word processors, but other formats can be selected on the Order Form (for example, if you are drafting a Web Site Terms of Service document, you might select HTML format since it will be displayed on your web site). When you receive the document in your email box, just save it to your PC and use your word processor to edit it.

Billing on Your Card Statement:

Depending on whether you use Visa, MC or Amex, a line-item will appear on your next credit card statement, probably as follows (assuming here that you bought a $19.95 item):

Troubleshooting...

QuickForms web version has been in production since October, 1996, and is pretty reliable. However, if for some reason you don't receive your document by email, visit the QuickForm Contracts main page (174.129.235.147) and select "Check the Status of an Order". Enter your email address and password to access the Document tracking system.

If the Document was generated but email delivery failed, just click the Document title to download it directly to your PC (without having to rely on email delivery again).

If the Document was delayed because your email address, credit card number or other information you originally supplied was invalid, you can reenter that information and resubmit the Order Form.

Note: if you originally entered your email address incorrectly, then the document got sent to the incorrect address and you'll have trouble accessing the system to track it down-- unless you can remember the mistyped email address to log in. Send us an email at legal@aol.com and we'll check the system log to see what happened to it.

If you use AOL, check your spam filter to see if your document was delivered there by mistake.

Once you receive the Document, it can be modified using a standard word processor. Please remember: your use of the document is governed by your QuickForms Terms of Use.
