ATTORNEY DEBT COLLECTION SERVICES

Step 1: Attorney Collection Letter Service

Step 2: Follow Up Legal Collection Service

Step 3: The Last Resort: Litigation

STEP 1: Attorney Debt Collection Letters: You can now "go legal" on debtors who owe you money, at a simple and affordable price.

Using our convenient online system, you can request a Licensed Attorney to send a series of Attorney Collection Letters to your debtor. A formal letter from a Licensed Attorney can have a stronger impact than efforts by in-house staff and even non-lawyer collection agencies.

Attorney Letters are printed on high-quality gold-embossed letterhead, hand-signed by an attorney and sent by first class mail to the debtor.

A second letter is printed and sent by first class mail to the debtor a few days later to reinforce the message, at no extra charge.

Attorney Collection Letters can be sent to Commercial Business Debtors worldwide and to Consumer Debtors living in the USA (consumer debts are for personal, family or household purchases).

STEP 2: Follow-Up Legal Collection Services: For tougher cases requiring hands-on due diligence and negotiation, follow-up legal services may be available for Commercial Accounts worldwide and Consumer Accounts in the USA. Legal services require a conflicts check and execution of an Engagement Letter.

Attorney, John Newman has over 20 years' experience negotiating and enforcing commercial agreements, especially for software licensing, support, consulting and other business transactions. He has used legal due diligence and negotiation skills to collect corporate accounts worldwide (e.g., US, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Greece, Egypt, Kuwait, Nordic Countries, Brazil, Senegal and others).

The emphasis is on legal due diligence as the preferred method of dispute resolution. You approve all settlements.

STEP 3:  Last Resort: Litigation: Because of attorney licensing rules and logistics, we file court cases only in Northern Virginia. Since most cases are settled by negotiation, rather than court action, this is usually not a problem. However, if you require litigation, we have access to a network of collection attorneys in many locations around the world.

What's Needed to Get Started?  Follow-up legal services require a conflicts check and a one-page Engagement Letter. Collection work can start upon receipt of the basic account information. Pricing Information.

Contact: John Newman, legal@aol.com (send no confidential information at this time).

Note: Commencement of follow-up legal services is subject to a conflicts check and signing an Engagement Letter for Collection Services. Litigation requires a separate level of approval and additional terms. A deposit may be required on new accounts. We prefer a single price plan for all placements, absent special circumstances. All legal services are performed in Virginia USA, unless referred to a local litigator for court action. The receiving attorney may require execution of its own agreement. Our address: legal@aol.com. Immediate litigation may be required to preserve a claim if the statutory deadline on the claim is about to expire. Collection services are not affiliated with QuickForm Contracts, PrivacyBot.com or Invisible Hand Software, LLC, or our legal drafting services.
