Use this QuickForm Software License Agreement to create a license agreement for off-the-shelf software products.

This License Agreement can cover single licensing transactions, or can set up a Master License Agreement under which products can be ordered over time.

Designate a "Master License" and the Agreement includes procedures for ordering and accepting products off a master list, coordination of price changes over time and more.

This Agreement can address licensing of: standalone software applications, software development toolkits, and discrete software libraries. It provides a wide range of licensing and pricing options.

It accommodates temporary evaluation periods, different levels of acceptance testing, customer training, warranty and optional support services.

If software customizations are to be provided, you can combine this Software License Agreement (for licensing the base product) with a Professional Services Agreement (for the customization work). Or simply use the Software Development Agreement.

This License Agreement is very popular for corporate level software vendors and their customers (documents can favor either party).
