This QuickForm Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) sets up an ongoing relationship under which the Customer may issue tasks to a Contractor for specific work assignments.

This Agreement can be used for both prime contract and subcontract arrangements, by parties on either side of the relationship.

Very popular with software consultants, developers and their customers (documents can favor either party).

The primary benefit of using a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) is that the basic relationship only needs to be negotiated once and usually runs from year-to-year. Then, whenever a specific project arises, the parties can document it in a relatively simple Task Order signed by the parties.
