Use this QuickForm Alliance Master Agreement to establish the general terms and conditions governing an Alliance Program between your Company and third parties.

Strategic Alliances can provide significant economic benefit for the sponsoring Company and participating Alliance Members without much cost. QuickForms makes it easy to set up a Master Agreement with six kinds of alliances.

This Master Agreement defines the overall relationship, defines important terms, specifies possible Program Licenses and Fees, provides invoicing/payment rules, protects confidentiality and intellectual property, addresses warranties, liability, indemnity, term & termination and dispute resolution. Alliances use a hub-and-spoke structure. The Master Agreement is the "hub" and various Alliance Program Exhibits are "spokes" that activate specific Alliances.

Note: to activate an alliance, you need this Alliance Master Agreement and an Alliance Exhibit (sold separately). DO NOT use an Exhibit without the Master Agreement.
