Choose a price plan that works:

» Percentage Rate: The straight percentage rates apply to amounts actually collected on the account (principal, interest, collection fees). The rate depends on the age of the invoice and whether it can be resolved without formal legal action:

» Hourly Rate:  Some clients prefer hourly rates. The hourly rate depends on the nature of the collection work:

For litigation under either plan, court filing & service fees and out-of-pocket costs are extra. There may be a flat "suit fee" for the initial court filing in some cases, in addition to regular fees.

» Referral to Another Attorney: For litigation outside Northern Virginia, we may be able to refer the case to a local attorney who specializes in litigating cases in that court.

»  What's Needed to Get Started?  Follow-up legal services require a conflicts check and an Engagement Letter signed by us. Collection work can start upon receipt of the basic account information (e.g., a copy of any invoice, contract, debtor contact information and an explanation why the debtor has not paid).
